How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our products, add items to your cart, select your delivery date, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
How do I track my order
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Orders can be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options, including major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also use alternative payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience. In addition, and if eligible, you can use shop pay for installment payments.
Delivery
What areas do you delivery to?
We currently offer local delivery to select regions. Enter your zip code at checkout or in our delivery finder to see if you're eligible for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders over $75 or if you are a Splash Pass Member. For orders under $75, a flat delivery fee of $7.95 will apply unless you are a rewards member enabling a reduced delivery fee of $5.95.
Can I schedule my own delivery?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can select the most convenient delivery date for you.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for select locations and products. Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify. You’ll see the option during checkout if your delivery is eligible. Even if your order is not eligible, you can also reach out to us at 855-571-7665 to see if we can accommodate your order.
Returns
How do I return a product?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on the product return page, through email at support@yourpoolhero.com or call us at 855-571-7665. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products can be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You can find our full return policy HERE.
How long do refunds take?
Generally speaking refunds take 3-5 business days for the bank to process your return after the product has been returned.

Do you offer weekly pool maintenance services?
No, but we do offer professional repair and replacement services. Usually at a price that your local unlicensed "pool guy" cannot compete with. Find out more about those services <here>
