At Florida Pool Heroes, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@yourpoolhero.com or fill out the form on our start a return page. If approved, we will coordinate a time for a pickup of the return directly from your location. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Local Delivery Return Pickup
For items delivered locally, Florida Pool Heroes will arrange a pickup from your location. Contact us at support@yourpoolhero.com to schedule the return pickup.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@yourpoolhero.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., opened or used pool chemicals).
- Custom or special-order products (e.g., personalized or custom-designed items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
Provided an approved item is being returned according to these policies, we can initiate an exchange order to allow for a seamless return and purchase experience.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
